It’s been 4 months since then, and now it’s the high season. The low season was reasonable, but November has been awesome; about 10x higher than last year. This was due in significant part to expanding the range, plus the steps from the previous article and adding some sales channels.
Previously I had mentioned that we were stocking Sensory Swings. We still are, and it’s working, though we’ve taken it a step further and started stocking Nest Swings too.
The business is still called Heavenly Hammocks, but with both Sensory Swings and Nest Swings taking up lots of screen space, the business is looking far less focused. It may look a little less professional, but I can’t complain when sales are up!
The only question now is: which is the next high potential niche to expand into, that’s at least slightly related to hammocks.
