		<description>I have to agree with your stance in this article 100%. I think seeing a niche that is not being addressed and then creating something new is by far a better game plan.

For our site, we noticed there was no single site that presented un-biased seafood news, articles, recipes, events  and photo galleries.

Once we got the technical parts done, we tried to work on content-content-content. 

The rest will fall into place...its just a matter of patience.

By the way, I used the keywords database and immediately found some valuable keywords to target.</description>
